Delivery/Cancellation/Returns Policy

Delivery within the UK:

Delivery will be charged at £7.99, but there is FREE delivery on all orders over £200.

Your order will be dispatched via courier. This service will require a signature so you may wish to provide us with a work address for delivery if this is more convenient; unfortunately we are unable to specify a delivery time other than it will be during normal business hours of 9am & 5pm.

An email will be sent to you when we have dispatched your order.

Currently we only ship within the UK but are looking to include Ireland in the not too distant future

Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled at anytime prior to the agreement of final proofs and a full refund will be made.  It is not possible to cancel an order once the proofs have been agreed and the order is with the printers for completion.

Refunds:

We fully believe that you will be completely satisfied with the quality of all our products. However if you have any cause for dissatisfaction we will either reprint or refund the cost of any purchase. In these instances please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and within 21 days of the order being dispatched. In the case of a refund we will require the complete stationery order to be returned to us in full (postage costs being payable by the customer).
