Below are some of the questions we are often asked about our wedding stationery designs. If you have a question that is not covered then do not hesitate to contact us.
1. Ordering Process
a) How to place an order?
Orders for all our designs can be placed online. We have tried to make our ordering process as intuitive as possible and you will have the option to choose options such as typeface and wording where applicable. We will always send a digital proof of any personalised wording so do not worry too much about the layout and exact wording when placing your order. Payment is made online using PayPal’s secure payment.
b) Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value but there is a minimum order quantity of 10 for all items with the exception of Place-cards where the minimum is 50. This also applies to ‘extras’; should you run out of invitations for example, we cannot run off 1 or 2, you must place another order for a minimum of 10; to avoid this situation we advise clients to order a few spares just in case.
c) I do not have all the wording for all the items I need?
This is no problem and we offer you two options. You can either order the items that you have the wording for first (usually invitations or save the date cards) and then order the remaining items later. Alternatively, you can place your order for all the items you require and supply the wording for other items at a later date. The second option has the advantage that you pay only one delivery charge (we will not charge you extra for multiple deliveries and there is FREE delivery for all orders over £200). It is usual for us to ship Orders of Service and reception items such as menus and place-cards in a second delivery.
d) I have changed my mind. What is your refund policy?
We do encourage customers to request a sample of their chosen invitation before they order so they can familiarise themselves with the quality. However, we understand that sometime people do change their minds and may wish to cancel their order. Orders placed with RSVP can by cancelled at any point up until proof approval and we will provide a full refund. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once the proof has been approved and the order sent to the printers because the items are personalised products that are made to order.
2. Proofs
a) Do you send proofs?
Yes, we send digital proofs via email for anything that has personalised wording. You will have the opportunity to amend the proof until you are happy to give your approval. We will only ever send your stationery to print after you have given your approval. Please do check your proofs very carefully. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their proofs to ensure all details, names and spellings are correct.
b) How long do proofs take?
We say 3-5 business days depending on our workload but often it is within 48 hours from our initial discussion.
c) What happens if I make a mistake when ordering?
Because we proof all personalised items before production then do not worry if you notice a mistake in your order confirmation email after you have ordered. The important stage to concentrate on is the proofing and we will only ever send your order to production after you have approved your final proofs.
d) Can I choose my own wording?
Absolutely, you can have any wording you like personalised inside your cards. We provide some suggested wording for you but the decision in what to have is entirely up to you.
e) Can you print in a different language?
Yes. If you are able to provide us with the text this is no problem at all.
f) Can you print guest names on our invitations?
Unfortunately we cannot print your individual guest names onto your invitations or place-cards.
g) Can I change the front of the card?
It all depends what you would like changed, the font and wording can be changed as a matter of course but significant changes to colour or design layout may incur a small bespoke design fee of £25. It is usually only cards that have customer photos on the front or monograms etc that can be personalised.
3. Delivery
a) What are your delivery timescales?
Our delivery is approximately 21-28 days from the time you place the order, although we will get it to you sooner where possible. Please allow extra time when ordering so as not to rush the process and allow mistakes to creep in.
4. Pricing
a) I have found the same invitations cheaper elsewhere, can you beat their price?

c) How much do you charge for delivery?
We ship samples free of charge anywhere in theUK.
All other orders are charged at a flat rate of £7.99 regardless of value or quantity. As mentioned above we will also, where appropriate, split your order free of charge so that you receive important time sensitive items such as Save the Date cards, Invitations and Reply Cards first.
d) Do your prices include VAT?
We are not VAT registered so VAT is not applicable.
e) Do your invitations come with envelopes?
Yes, quality matching envelopes are included with all our invitations, reply cards and thank you cards. Reply cards are also supplied with printed labels of inviters’ address free of charge if requested.
5. Security
a) How secure is your order payment process?
We take website security very seriously. We have teamed up with the PayPal to process our online payments. This means that at the end of the checkout process you are transferred to a secure payment server operated by PayPal where you can enter your payment information. A successful transaction returns you to our site where your order is processed. This means that we do not see or store your payment information anywhere.
b) What will you do with my personal information?
Under no circumstances we will share your information with any third party other than for the sole purpose of processing your order. Your email address will only be used to send you your proofs and updates about the progress of your order with us.
