Making a Purchase – Payment
For all online purchases you will be taken to the PayPal website where you can pay for your stationery using your PayPal account or by using one of the credit/debit cards listed. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed. You will be able to customize your wedding stationery via email with your designer; this will include text, choice of typeface and confirmation of colour scheme.
We will artwork your order and send you a digital proof for approval via email. We agree to send up to 2 free proofs for viewing, further proofs are charged at £10.00 each.
Your proof will be emailed within 3-5 days of your order placement depending on workload, but it is usually within 48 hours. We will make every effort to faithfully illustrate paper and ink colours, reproduced on-screen; however, this may vary slightly from the actual product.
Formation of a Contract.
When you place an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we take payment.
All offers are subject to availability. Prices shown are correct at the time of publication. Prices shown in GBP (£) include VAT at current rates. We reserve the right to change prices without notice prior to acceptance of any order.
Changes to the Order
We will not accept any responsibility for errors on proofs that have been approved at sign off. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their order form and ensure all details, names and spellings are correct. We require written confirmation either by letter or e-mail that the proof is fine or that amendments are required. We will not commence printing until the customer confirms that all is okay and we have the go ahead. Please note that e- mail confirmations are dated and filed.
Dispatch times.
Your stationery is put into production only following approval of your proof and full payment. These items are normally dispatched within 5-14 business days of approval. We will always make best efforts to dispatch every order sooner if possible.
Delivery
Orders within the UK are sent via a courier service and will require a signature on delivery; therefore, we are unable to dispatch to a P.O Box.
Delivery times are next business day from dispatch. The goods you order will be sent to the delivery address you provide.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted and we will keep you informed at each stage of the process. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Personalised Product Returns & Refunds
We cannot accept responsibility for errors not picked up at proofing. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their order form and ensure all details, names and spellings are correct.
All personalised products are made to order. That’s why we regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, if we have made an error in fulfilling your order, we shall promptly correct or replace the items supplied to you. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Complaints regarding personalised bespoke stationery items must be made in writing within 30 days of delivery or they will not be considered.
Cancellations
Cancellation will incur the cost of all work completed to the date of notice of cancellation; this may include preparation of proofs or artwork, particularly for bespoke designs.

Losses
We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website or when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed.
Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
